Janz Hanna Ria N. Serrano is the Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Ms. Serrano joined Robinsons Retail in 2016 as Legal Counsel and, in 2018, was appointed Assistant Corporate Secretary. She later served as Assistant to the Corporate Secretary at Bank of Commerce.

Ms. Serrano earned her bachelor’s degree in political science (cum laude) and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2014.
