Jennyfer De Guzman appointed Robinsons Department Store Deputy GM

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jennyfer Anne "Jhean" De Guzman as Deputy General Manager of Robinsons Department Store, effective September 16, 2026.

In her new role, Jhean will work closely with Group General Manager Carmina Quizon, as Robinsons Department Store continues to strengthen its merchandise offer and overall customer experience across its stores.

Jhean has nearly two decades of retail experience spanning merchandising, commercial strategy, business expansion, and omnichannel retail. Her career has included leadership roles in the Philippines and the region, giving her a broad perspective on retail growth and customer experience.

"Jhean brings valuable experience and perspective to Robinsons Department Store as we continue to build on the strengths of the business and position it for sustained growth,” said Quizon.

We congratulate Jhean on her appointment and wish her continued success in her new role.
