Appointment of Joanne Arceo as Group General Manager of Drugstore Segment

We are happy to announce the appointment of Joanne Dawn Seno-Arceo as Group General Manager of our drugstore segment, comprised of Southstar Drug, Rose Pharmacy, and TGP, effective February 1, 2024.

Joanne has more than two decades of extensive experience in strategy, finance, business development, and brand management across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and FMCGs. Prior to this appointment, she was General Manager of TGP, the largest generics drugstore network in the Philippines, where she led the development of a 4-pillar growth strategy to reinforce TGP’s market leadership and long-term sustainability while actively empowering pharmacists and franchisees to be stewards of the business through a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Joanne will report to Robinsons Retail COO Stanley Co. She will also continue to lead TGP and work closely with Southstar Drug General Manager Mariel Crisostomo and Deputy General Manager Thaddeus Sanchez, and Rose Pharmacy General Manager Michael So.
 
Our drugstore segment currently has more than 1,000 directly owned Southstar Drug and Rose Pharmacy stores and over 2,000 franchised TGP stores throughout the Philippines.
