TGP Empowers Franchisees during Summit

The Generics Pharmacy (TGP) held the TGP Summit 2019 last February 26-28, 2019, a two-pronged event for pharmacists and franchisees. An avenue for in-depth knowledge sharing, industry experts were invited to deliver plenary talks and panel discussions on relevant issues for community drugstores. The last day of the summit focused on the company’s franchisees, with topics that tackled the importance of delivering consistent customer service and management as a means to adequately address local healthcare needs, as well as maintaining efficient operations and store profitability. The event concluded with the TGP Awards, which gave recognition to outstanding franchisees and pharmacists for their overall performance in 2018.
