TGP Holds 2-Day Summit for Pharmacists

Convened at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Robinsons Bridgetown, The Generics Pharmacy conducted the TGP Summit, a two-pronged event that welcomed pharmacists and franchisees, as well as industry experts who delivered plenary talks on relevant issues for drugstore chains.

The first two days of the three-day summit concentrated on learning sessions for TGP’s pharmacists in collaboration with the Philippine Pharmacists Association (PPhA), and speakers from vendor partners, which was held from February 26 and 27, 2019.

Leonila Ocampo, Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and former PphA President, opened the Summit with her powerful Key Note speech “Excellent Pharmacy Workforce for Better and Improved Pharmacy Services for the Filipino People.”

Honorable Adelina Royo, RPh, closed Day 1 of the Summit with her very insightful and timely “Strengthening the Pharmacy Workforce Through Leadership and Regulations.”

Dr. Yolanda Robles, current PPhA President, delivered a talk on work culture on Day 2 of the Summit.

Congressman Vilma Santos-Recto, TGP Brand Ambassador and Spokesperson, attended the Summit and talked about the accessibility of healthcare.
