Marco Angelo B. Padernal is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.

Mr. Padernal has spent nearly two decades in human resources, spanning talent management, employee experience, and HR transformation. He joined Robinsons Retail in 2022, following HR leadership roles at Accenture, Sky Cable, JG Summit Holdings, Inc., and The Moment Group. Prior to his appointment, he served as HR Director for the Company’s Food Segment.

Mr. Padernal holds a bachelor's degree in management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
