Robinsons Department Store marks Women’s Month with Ladies Who Lead Forum

This Women’s Month, Robinsons Department Store, in partnership with the Quezon City Government and SPARK Philippines, brought together women leaders for its hashtag#Women2026: Ladies Who Lead Forum, held on March 7, 2026.
The event featured perspectives from women leaders across public service, entrepreneurship, and advocacy. Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte-Alimurung and Philippine Department of Justice Undersecretary Margarita Gutierrez, joined by Halia CEO and Founder Alexandra Jocom, Intelligent Skin Care Inc. (Belo Essentials) Managing Director Cristalle Belo-Pitt, and Masungi Georeserve Director for Advocacy and Board Trustee Billie Dumaliang, shared insights on leadership, inclusion, and the everyday decisions that help create more supportive and empowering spaces for women.
“Women’s Month is an opportunity to recognize the many ways women lead and make an impact across different fields. Forums like this bring forward voices and perspectives that remind us progress is shaped in many ways,” said Robinsons Retail President and CEO Stanley Co.

Their presence and perspectives made it a meaningful way to mark Women’s Month,” said Robinsons Department Store Group General Manager Carmina Quizon. Also present at the forum were SPARK (Samahan ng mga Pilipina para sa Reporma at Kaunlaran) Chairperson Boots Geotina-Garcia and Executive Director Mikaela Luisa Teves.
