Modernization and AI highlighted at Robinsons Retail's 2025 IT assembly

Robinsons Retail’s IT Department held its annual general assembly last October in Mandaluyong City, bringing together over 130 IT practitioners from across its various banners.
The assembly highlighted ongoing systems modernization, data and infrastructure upgrades, and continuous efforts to enhance cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled workflows across the group. Teams also participated in collaborative learning sessions focused on applying technology to strengthen operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and increase organizational agility.
“Breakthroughs happen every day, and creating a space that inspires it is as important as equipping our teams with crucial, up-to-date skills,” said Chief Information Officer Jom Catanghal.
The annual gathering underscores Robinsons Retail’s commitment to investing in people, platforms, and processes that support data-driven decisions, scalable systems, and seamless technology and AI integration across its retail banners.
