Manolito T. Tayag elected as Independent Director

We are pleased to welcome our newest Independent Director, Mr. Manolito "Lito" Tayag, who was elected during the September 16, 2025 meeting of the Board of Directors of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (RRHI). He, together with Mr. Lance Gokongwei, completes the RRHI Board following our successful repurchase of the stake previously held by GCH Investments Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of DFI Retail Group, earlier this year.

Mr. Tayag previously served as Country Managing Director, President, and Chairman of Accenture Philippines from 2010 to 2022, where he led its consulting, technology, and interactive businesses and helped elevate the Philippines’ profile in the global IT services industry. From 2017 to 2021, he was Chairman of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), helping shape and implement the Philippine national IT-BPM Roadmap 2022, which set the path for 1.4 million jobs and further reinforced the country’s position as a global leader in outsourcing.

He currently serves as an Independent Director of PHINMA Education Holdings, FWD Philippines, and St. Luke’s Medical Center, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Makati Business Club. Mr. Tayag earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
