Manolito T. Tayag was elected as an Independent Director of the Company on September 16, 2025. 

Mr. Tayag is a Director of St. Luke's Medical Center, and an Independent Director of PHINMA Education Holdings, Inc. and FWD Life Insurance Corporation. He is a Trustee and the Chairman of Assumption Antipolo and the Mother Rosa Memorial Foundation, Inc. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Philippine Business for Social Progress, Co-Vice Chairman of the Philippine Business for Education, and a Trustee of the Ateneo de Manila University, the Makati Business Club, the University of the Assumption, and Tanging Yaman Foundation.

Mr. Tayag served as Country Managing Director, President, and Chairman of Accenture Philippines from 2010 to 2022, after joining Accenture as Managing Director in 2002. He was a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council, Growth Markets Operating Committee, and Southeast Asia Leadership Team, and led the company’s growth to about 80,000 employees by 2022. He chaired the Board of Trustees of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines from 2017 to 2021, spearheading the national IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2022, which targeted the creation of 1.4 million jobs in the sector.

Mr. Tayag obtained his bachelor’s degree in management engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
