Angelo Torres appointed Corporate Planning VP

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Angelo Torres as Vice President for Corporate Planning, effective August 1, 2025.

Gelo joined the company in 2022 as AVP for Corporate Planning and has since played a key role in strategic planning, investor engagement, and M&A execution. He brings with him 16 years of experience across equity research, fund management, investment banking, and investor relations.

He succeeds Gina Dipaling, who is stepping down after reaching the mandatory retirement age. Gina—who first joined JG Summit Holdings Inc. in 2010—joined Robinsons Retail in 2013 when the company launched its IPO, marking a decade and a half of continuous service. She will continue to support the company as Adviser beginning August 1, 2025.
