Robinsons Retail, Ateneo CCE launch next-gen leaders program

Joining Robinsons Retail isn’t just about finding a job—it’s about building a career. One that comes with continuous learning, purposeful mentorship, and a clear path to progression.

Earlier this month, we launched our General Management Development Program (GMDP) in partnership with the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education (CCE). Running from May to September, the GMDP offers a rigorous, hands-on curriculum designed to strengthen core business management skills while fostering a cross-functional, big-picture mindset. The 24 participants who come from different business units will be immersed in an integrated learning experience that culminates in a Diploma in General Management.

Present during the kickoff were Ateneo VP for Administration and Robinsons Retail Independent Director Rodolfo Ang, John Gokongwei School of Management Dean Roberto Galang, and CCE Executive Director Marleth Calanog, together with members of Robinsons Retail’s management team.
