Gilbert S. Millado, Jr. is the General Counsel and Compliance Officer of the Company, and the General Counsel of all subsidiaries under the Company.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Millado was previously the Corporate Legal Counsel of Robinsons Land Corporation from 2003 to 2012. He also served as the Corporate Legal Counsel of Araneta Properties, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Millado received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Far Eastern University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2000.
