Angela Endrino-Ibalio, Marco Padernal appointed Robinsons Retail VPs

We are pleased to announce two leadership appointments at Robinsons Retail, effective January 1, 2026.

Angela Endrino-Ibalio has been appointed Vice President for Procurement and Administration, succeeding Mark Tansiongkun, who has been appointed General Manager of Premiumbikes Corporation, which was acquired by Robinsons Retail in December 2025. Angela joined the company in 2012 and brings extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contracts management, and supplier partnerships, supporting efficient and value-driven operations across the group’s portfolio of businesses.

Marco Angelo Padernal has been appointed Vice President for Human Resources, succeeding Gabriel Tagala III, who has retired after 25 years of service with Universal Robina Corporation and Robinsons Retail and will continue to support the company as Adviser. Marco joined the company in 2022 and brings deep experience in human resources, spanning talent management, employee experience, and HR transformation. Prior to this appointment, he served as HR Director for Robinsons Retail’s Food Segment and previously held HR leadership roles in JG Summit Holdings Inc.
