Mariel Crisostomo appointed Drugstore Segment Group GM

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mariel Crisostomo as Group General Manager of Robinsons Retail’s Drugstore Segment, comprising Southstar Drug, Rose Pharmacy, and TGP, effective January 1, 2026. In addition to this role, Mariel will concurrently serve as General Manager of TGP.

Mariel joined Robinsons Retail in 2019 as Finance Director of Southstar Drug and TGP, and was subsequently appointed General Manager of Southstar Drug from July 2023 to November 2024. After a stint outside the company, she rejoined Robinsons Retail and currently serves as Finance Director of its Department Stores and Toys business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with close to three decades of experience in finance and general management.

This appointment follows the decision of Group General Manager Joanne Seno-Arceo and TGP Deputy General Manager Aileen Natividad to pursue opportunities outside the company.
