Robinsons Retail concludes 2nd Leadership Management Development Program with Ateneo CCE

At Robinsons Retail, developing the next generation of leaders is essential to our growth. As part of this, Robinsons Retail, in partnership with the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education (CCE), concluded its 2nd Leadership Management Development Program (LMDP) at the Ateneo John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) last October.

Over three months, the LMDP engaged 20 emerging leaders in 15 in-person sessions that strengthened their leadership and management skills. The program combined theory and application to build strategic thinking, sound judgment, and effective execution. It concluded with an Action Learning Project addressing real challenges within the business.

Present during the culminating ceremony were Ateneo de Manila University VP for Administration and Robinsons Retail Independent Director Rodolfo Ang, JGSOM Dean Roberto Martin Galang, School of Business and CCE Professor Michael Benedict Lopez, and CCE Marketing Program Director Clemente Colayco; JG Summit Holdings Inc. Director of Data and Analytics Suzanne Lauren Lee; and members of the Robinsons Retail management team.

Launched in 2024, the LMDP forms part of Robinsons Retail’s group-wide Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Series, which is now on its third edition. This ongoing program reflects our commitment to developing future-ready leaders and empowering teams to drive meaningful breakthroughs for the people and communities we serve.
