450 gather for food segment store managers assembly

Robinsons Retail’s Food Segment brought together over 450 store operations leaders for its annual Store Managers Assembly held from May 5 to 6, 2025.

The two-day event featured a series of learning sessions and collaborative workshops led by industry partners and guest speakers. Cebu Pacific Air’s Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog shared strategies on strengthening customer engagement, while Carelle Mangaliag-Herrera of TrainStation International discussed the qualities of high-performing teams and how these contribute to daily excellence in store operations.

Store leaders also participated in outdoor activities and a social night, bolstering teamwork and synergy. The assembly concluded with the Store Performance Awards, which recognized store managers who achieved or surpassed their 2024 targets.

“We’re thankful to all our store teams for the commitment they showed over the past year. This gathering is not only a time to acknowledge that effort—it’s also a way to prepare and support each other for the challenges and opportunities ahead,” said Big Formats Managing Director Christine Tueres.
