Toys "R" Us opened its 5th provincial and 16th stand-alone store at the Centrio Mall, Cagayan De Oro City in Mindanao last June 5, 2013, extending the Toys "R" Us experience not only to Kagayanons but also to the people of  Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte and other nearby provinces.

As the first stand-alone store in Mindanao, Toys "R" Us proudly introduced its unique Toy Zones to Centrio Mall shoppers. These Toy Zones present and organize toys by category (Zone for boys, girls, infants, education, gadgets, outdoor, and family games) thus allowing customers  to maneuver their way around the store more conveniently for their toy preferences. Toys "R" Us is also proud to introduce to the province its exclusive line of  Private Label brands like You & Me, Fast Lane, Bruin & Pavilion. Popular & all-time favorite brands like Hotwheels, Transformers; Nerf; Disney; Barbie; Hello Kitty; Leapfrog, Megabloks & more are also found  in the store.

As on opening treat, special discounts on major brands and premiums for a minimum purchase were given away. Toys "R" Us' ambassador, Mascot Geoffrey the Giraffe, was also present to welcome shoppers.

To date, Toys "R" Us has 17 stand alone stores and over 35 Toys "R" Us Toybox branches found inside all Robinsons Department Stores nationwide.
